Two ex-lovers are reunited by a young girl, Honey (Hansika). When everything falls into place and the adopted children of the lovers agree to their union, Honey gets kidnapped. Raveena Tandon returned to Telugu cinema after a long hiatus with this film. The film is partly inspired by the Hindi movie Golmaal 3. The soundtrack and music on the film were composed by Bappa Lahiri and Achu.
