I Am Cait

In the series premiere, Caitlyn Jenner proudly announces her true self to the world via Vanity Fair, but still struggles with meeting some of her family for the first time. Meanwhile, Caitlyn is also inspired to learn more about transgender youth in crisis.

Cait is thrilled to be on a road trip with a group of her new transgender friends, but they question if her privileged status hinders her from becoming their new spokesperson.

Cait sets out to give her new friends the trip of a lifetime, and in turn, they challenge Cait to break down her walls and get personal. Meanwhile, Cait must figure out how to balance her old friendships with her new ones.

Cait comes to a better understanding of the family's reaction to the Vanity Fair article when Kim and Khlo© criticize her for the comments she made about their mother. Meanwhile, Candis invites Cait over for her first all-girl sleepover, and Cait visits a support group for families with trans kids.

Caitlyn keeps referring to the LGBT community as "they" and "them" until she attends a NYC pride event and finally feels included. Meanwhile, Caitlyn struggles to reconnect with her male friends and Scott Disick offers his advice.

When Candis shares her relationship history, Cait realizes how hard it can be to date as a trans woman. Cait tries to get Candis to believe in love again, while Jenny Boylan encourages Cait to talk about who she's attracted to.

Cait is reluctant to use her new name at her country club--that is, until she discusses the matter with Candis; at the same time, she deals with anxiety over the 2015 ESPYS and a sit-down with Kris Jenner.

Cait and Kris Jenner finally sit-down to air their grievances with each other in an effort to move forward as a family. Meanwhile, Cait plans a spiritual ceremony to claim her new name, and it becomes a symbolic celebration for her new friends as well.
