It's a sunny day at the fair, except for one big problem: the roller coaster can't make a safe stop. Can Carl's Rescue Crew stop the ride at Bumble Land before someone feels sick? Carl can't believe the call at all, but it's true: a building has been picked up by the wind and is flying through town causing a dangerous situation. Carl's Rescue Crew has a big job ahead, and it will require expert navigation and flying skills.
