Pod 042 - Rapporto: Anno 5012. Forme di vita provenienti dallo spazio, anche note come <Alieni>, hanno invaso la Terra improvvisamente. L'umanità è fuggita sulla Luna, mentre le battaglie in superficie tra gli <Androidi> e le <Biomacchine> proseguono a lungo.

Pod 153 - Rapporto: I soldati YoRHa 2B e 9S distruggono le unità nucleo della rete delle biomacchine <Adam> e <Eve>. Le biomacchine entrano temporaneamente in uno stato di confusione.

I soldati YoRHa e la Resistenza si uniscono in un'operazione su grande scala per sterminare le biomacchine. Viene però rilevato un numero di biomacchine superiore al previsto. Tutte le zone richiedono assistenza. Questa unità, in collaborazione con 2B, il suo partner assegnato, offrirà sostegno agli androidi sulla superficie.

Le biomacchine hanno infettato non solo i soldati YoRHa sulla superficie, ma anche il <Bunker>, attivando la sequenza di autodistruzione.

Pod 042 - Rapporto: Settore di memoria danneggiato trovato nel soggetto assegnato a questa unità. Avvio il recupero dei dati rimanenti. È stato stabilito di far eseguire una missione di combattimento a soldati <YoRHa>, nuovi modelli di androidi.

Durante la 23a operazione di discesa iniziata nell'anno 11945, sono state rilevate varie mutazioni negli androidi e nelle biomacchine. Inizio l'organizzazione e la consultazione delle registrazioni accumulate nei server del Sistema Pod fino alla data attuale.

Pod 153 - Rapporto: 9S, il soggetto assegnato a questa unità, è rimasto ferito durante l'apparizione della struttura gigante chiamata <Torre>. Nonostante abbia bisogno di manutenzione e riposo, 9S rifiuta di ottemperare.
