The Meanest Man In Texas tells the incredible story of Clyde Thompson, accused of multiple murder and sentenced to death in a Texas prison. After his conviction in 1928, Thompson is incarcerated in a high security prison but while waiting for an appeal hearing, he gets involved in an escape plan and more murders, leading to another death sentence.
