Buffalo Bob wants to read to the peanut gallery but picks the wrong book: a scary story. Bob and the peanuts sing "Believe You Are the Best" and learn how to make believe.

Investigator John K. Fadoozle is hired to find the Phantom. Flub-a-Dub and some of the peanuts help Fletcher the Sketcher draw the Phantom's picture. Howdy offers a Medal of Honor to anyone who can help catch the Phantom.

All the missing things mysteriously return, and they're all fixed. Everyone thinks the Phantom is really a hero.

Dilly's wagon is found but with the wrong wheel, Fletcher's easel is broken and Bob and the peanut gallery try to help Myron feel better about himself with a big round of applause.

Bob and the peanut gallery learn how to make a trap for the Phantom.

Buffalo Bob, Howdy, Happy Harmony, Clarabell, all the Doodyville characters and the peanut gallery are excited to begin the art festival. First prize will be the masterpiece by the great artist Vincent van Schmeer, who will judge the fest.

Howdy tells Buffalo Bob that the festival is open to everyone to join...but not professional artists who are paid to work.

Vincent van Schmeer arrives at the festival with Happy Harmony and the Doodlers band doing a big music fanfare introduction. He's prepared to begin judging the paintings, but he wants to see his masterpiece first. Mysteriously, it has disappeared again. What can Buffalo Bob do?

Clarabell uses "magic paint" to create a living picture, the masterpiece is found again and van Schmeer proceeds with judging all the paintings.

Through a series of songs and skits, we learn about good manners and polite greetings.

Everybody sings Aunt Prunella an upbeat welcome song. Later, the gang works together to throw her a proper tea party.

It's all laughs as we watch Clarabell integrate himself into a scene from "Moby Dick." Later, a confused Jackie, Corny and Bob try to play their skillful version of the bells after Clarabell has moved them out of order.

Aunt Prunella has announced she will be directing the play "The Pied Piper." Buffalo Bob has been cast in the lead role but, during rehearsal, he realizes the song has keys that are too high for him to sing.

All of Doodyville help in searching for the missing peanuts. Corny Cobb builds a machine called the "Peanuts Picker Upper," which hears the voices of all the peanuts who are watching at home.

A big box arrives for Buffalo Bob and inside is Guy Mann!

Guy returns to continue his help with music appreciation. Members of the gang join Muir and Bluster to form the Doodyville Symphony Orchestra led by the famous conductor Leonard Bernstune.

Buffalo Bob assigns a number of different sounds to the peanut gallery, leading a symphony in song for Leonard Bernstune.

Leonard Bernstune teaches the gallery the fundamentals of music.

Buffalo Bob gets Bernstune to come watch his group play Swiss bells. He also entices him to stay a little longer by offering him the opportunity to conduct the Peanuts Kazoo Symphony Orchestra.

The gang plans a surprise party for Happy Harmony's birthday at Fletcher the Sketcher's place.

Buffalo Bob enlists everyone to help him find Happy Harmony.

Clarabell and Mr. Muir have no luck in Schlocksville and return to Doodyville without Happy Harmony.

Buffalo Bob and Corny Cobb go to Schlocksville to look for Happy at Schmotown Records.
