Gayatri Devi (Lalita Pawar) wants her son Ashok (Joy Mukherjee) to marry a girl of her choice. However, Ashok is in love with somebody else whom he meets later. But things do not go according to plan for Ashok when he gets into an accident and loses his eyesight.
