90 Day Journey: Tarik & Hazel

Single-dad Tarik prepares to head to the Philippines to meet his beautiful girlfriend Hazel. Tarik plans on proposing during the trip, but he's not going alone -- his protective and skeptical brother Dean has decided to join him.

Tarik meets Hazel's conservative parents for the first time. When they ask Tarik to join them at church, he becomes overwhelmed as members cry and flail on the floor. Then, Tarik's brother Dean causes problems when he makes accusations against Hazel.

After the dramatic confrontation between Hazel and Dean, Tarik decides that he and Hazel need some alone time together, and they take a romantic beach resort trip. Although Tarik and Hazel are growing closer together, Dean is still extremely suspicious.

Tarik prepares to head back to the Philippines to visit his fiancee, Hazel. Tarik's brother Dean begs him to consider getting a prenup, but Tarik worries about Hazel's reaction. Then, Dean has some shocking news of his own.

Tarik is thrilled that Hazel is coming to the US, but he's been keeping a secret that may jeopardize their relationship. Tarik also wonders if Hazel is ready to be a stepmother to his daughter, Auri.

Tarik shows Hazel around Virginia Beach and introduces her to his friends who have a lot of questions for Hazel. Then, when wedding planning begins, they’re off to a bad start when they disagree on a venue.

As Virginia goes into lockdown due to COVID-19, Hazel gets scary news about her son back in the Philippines. In addition, Tarik and Hazel attempt to plan a wedding and find a new girlfriend in the midst of the pandemic.

As Tarik and Hazel prepare for their wedding, Tarik doesn't seem to understand Hazel's boundaries in terms of bringing a new girlfriend into their relationship. Hazel wants to be honest with her family about her sexuality before the big day.
