It's the summer of 1981, and 13-year-old Casey just wants to finish her mixtape. Instead, she's stuck at her grandparents' house in small-town Texas where nothing feels familiar. With only her skateboard, a jambox, and a lot of determination, Casey discovers that even the most unexpected summer can change everything.
