Dawn French is joined by a host of guest stars in these darkly comic parodies of the murder genre. There's the story of a man whose head becomes encased in concrete in very public surroundings; a time travelling, quantum physicist double murderer; a bitter children's television presenter who takes desperate action; and a group of actors who would all too gladly murder each other.
