It's a race against time as the Brawlers once again Battle Mechtavius Destroyer but this time without the help of their own Mechtogan, Dragonoid Destroyer.

Runo meets a new Bakugan named Aerogan who asks to be her partner.

The Nonets begin to get curious about the true identity and motives of Wiseman.

Gunz wakes up in his own worst nightmare and realizes that the evil ringleader Wiseman looks just like him!

The Brawlers learn the origin of Wiseman.

The Brawlers are banished to the Doom Dimension.

Mechtavius Destroyer wreaks havoc in Bakugan City. The Brawlers, still trapped in the Doom Dimension; battle Gunz and Betadron.

After attacking Bakugan City, Mechtavius Destroyer invades New Vestroia. The Bakugan put up a brave fight but are no match for his strength.

The Brawlers travel back in time with the help of Professor Worton in an attempt to undo the destruction caused by Mechtavius Destroyer.

In the final battle against Mechtavius Destroyer, Dragonoid Destroyer uses the energy from the powerful bond between humans and Bakugan to defeat him.
