The Island with Bear Grylls

In this third season, a group of men and a group of women are abandoned on the opposites side of the same island. Neither knows the other is there. Will these two small groups survive -- and what will happen when they meet?

The women catch sight of a man in the distance, and when they go to investigate, the two groups finally meet. But as a vicious tropical storm rolls in, the thunder and lightning have a devastating effect on amputee and war veteran Hannah.

Marooned for 10 days, the islanders now face starvation. They battle dangerous ocean currents and risk their lives to set fishing nets. Rob develops a tooth abscess and endures primitive surgery on the beach, and flickers of romance begin.

Facing starvation, tempers reach a fever pitch when Tilly turns on Erika in an explosive row. Dan leads an expedition around the rocky coastline, but with the tide coming in, he must make a difficult decision.

After Patrick's fall, the rest of the group face a terrifying ordeal trying to escape the oncoming sea. Back in camp, the men have been dominating hunting so far, but Tilly longs to break out of her role as camp cleaner and ventures into the jungle.

The Islanders are barely managing to survive, and some of the men are on the brink of disaster as their bodies start to fail them. The women continue to look for food, and Simon leads a hunt into the jungle for the most dangerous predator on the island.
