Raja (NTR) and Shanta (Vanisri) get abandoned by their father at a very young age. Raja takes up the responsibility of her upbringing. They get shelter from a rich widow and eventually, her son Raghu (Haranath) marries Shanta. Things turn when Raghu is stabbed to death by Shanta's father.
