ACP Subhas Bose, an honest officer, is killed by gangster Shankar in a corrupt land scam. Framed as corrupt, Bose dies in Surya's arms. As the media blames his brother, Surya turns avenger-killing those responsible, rescuing Indu and his family, and finally eliminating Shankar with the new D.I.G.'s support.
