Stacey celebrates her 40th birthday with a wild party; the guys compete to see who can buy her the perfect gift.

The guys compete in a talent show and the top performers go on a group date with Stacey. Then Stacey challenges the guys to buy her an evening dress and takes the winner on a fancy date. Later, Stacey breaks some more hearts at the kiss-off.

Things are getting serious for The Cougar. Host Vivica A. Fox gathers the guys and challenges them to anonymously reveal their deepest, darkest secret to Stacey. Stacey chooses one man who admitted he cheated on an ex-girlfriend and one man who spent time in drug rehab.

Stacey chooses two winners in a kissing contest who join her for a steamy date in a Santa Barbara winery. Back at the house, tempers flare and the guys fight. The next day at the beach, Stacey spends time with each finalist before sending two guys home.

Are the finalists' families ready to accept the love of a Cougar? Stacey has four "family dates" and only one goes well--though two dates end with the couple retiring to her "Cougar den." She gives one guy the kiss off, leaving just 3 finalists!

Stacey takes each finalist on an exotic date in Vegas. Will any of them get invited up to Stacey's suite afterwards? Back in L.A., Stacey faces her toughest kiss-off yet. The final two men each hope to win Stacey's heart...and her hand in marriage!

The two finalists meet Stacey's kids and win them over. After romantic final dates, Stacey sends one guy home in tears. The last man standing then drops to his knees to propose. Will Stacey accept, or will the pressure prove too great for the Cougar?
