90 Day Journey: Jovi & Yara

Vanaf hun eerste ontmoeting tijdens hun vakantie in het buitenland zijn partyboy Jovi en zijn Oekraïense verloofde Yara onafscheidelijk. Houdt hun relatie ook na de vakantie stand?

Yara is nervous when Jovi takes her to meet his mom. While shopping for the apartment, they disagree on furniture, and Yara storms out of the store. When Jovi must leave her for a month for work, Yara dissolves into tears.

As his friends reveal the real Jovi, Yara questions whether or not he is ready to give up his bachelor life to be married. Lonely and depressed with Jovi away for work, Yara also thinks she may be pregnant.

Yara is upset when Jovi's arrival back in America includes early morning drinking. Then, Yara has big news, but Jovi doesn't believe her. Later, at an uncomfortable engagement party, Jovi and Yara must decide how to tell his parents.

Yara has had it with Jovi's drinking, and she threatens to leave him. Jovi takes care to treat Yara better and takes her on adventures around New Orleans. The night before they leave for their wedding, however, Jovi overdoes it at his bachelor party.

Although it was just supposed to be the two of them, Jovi and Yara end up with an entourage for their Vegas wedding. She has seen Vegas weddings in movies, but Yara never expected to get married like this -- by a fully-costumed Elvis impersonator.

Yara stays with Jovi's parents when he is stuck overseas after COVID-19 closes borders. When he returns, Jovi and Yara bicker over preparations for the baby. As the baby's arrival nears, both Jovi and Yara wonder if they are ready to be parents.

Life has taken a new turn for Jovi and Yara after the birth of their daughter. Yara becomes irritated with her mother-in-law over her unsolicited parenting advice. Later, Jovi reveals that he has to go back to work and leave Yara alone with the baby.

Jovi reveals he has to leave for work earlier than expected. To make matters worse, Yara will be staying with her mother-in-law while he's gone. Later, a hurricane hits New Orleans. Yara wants to go back to the Ukraine, but COVID derails her plans.

While Jovi's out of town, Yara has to move to a new apartment. When he returns to Louisiana, his lack of enthusiasm for their new home angers Yara. Later, Yara throws a traditional Ukrainian Christmas.

Jovi and Yara go to Miami for their first trip without the baby, but Yara is more concerned about missing Mylah than about Jovi. Yara reluctantly agrees to go to a strip club with Jovi, but the evening falls apart when he seems to be having too much fun.
