Juana La Virgen

Juana Perez is a seventeen-year-old girl who is preparing for her exam at school, her soccer game, and her first appointment with the gynecologist. However, her life will change when she is accidentally inseminated.

Juana still believes she has attended a routine medical exam and goes about her daily life without imagining that very soon her life will change completely.

Juana tells her grandmother her fears and doubts about the trip she is going to take. Meanwhile Mauricio and his wife talk about their plans as future parents after the supposed insemination at the clinic.

Juana crashes her motorcycle in the gardens of the La Vega family when she goes to work as a substitute photographer for a gala party where she meets Mauricio.

Doctor Michelena is still worried about the mistake he made when he accidentally inseminated Juana. For her part, Juana gets upset with Mauricio when she confesses that she heard a gunshot and saw blood on the ground and he does not believe her.

Mauricio receives a call from the doctor to inform him that the woman who was inseminated managed to get pregnant. Mauricio tells Juana that being a father is his greatest wish in life.

Juana takes a blood test required for her scholarship abroad. However, when she receives the results of said test she is informed that she is pregnant.

Juana claims that the results given to her at the clinic are wrong since she is a virgin, so she decides to have a new blood test done. The problems between Carlota and Mauricio become increasingly complicated.

Mauricio looks for Juana to give her his lost necklace. Teresa, Alfonso's wife, confronts Ana María on the phone. Juana receives a call from the clinic with the second blood test results.

Juana still doesn't believe the results they gave her at the lab and decides to talk to the doctor so they can do more tests. Mauricio and Carlota have a strong argument after the news of her son's miscarriage.

Juana reveals to her friend Brandy that she is pregnant. Mauricio is surprised when the astrologer assures him that his son still lives in a woman's womb.

Mauricio tells Juana what is happening to him regarding the loss of his son. For her part, Juana confesses that she is overwhelmed by a big problem and doesn't know what to do. Carlota complains to Mauricio for missing his appointment to be with Juana.

Ana María demands that Juana tell her who the father of her son is. Juana talks to the doctor and asks her to make a statement that she is still a virgin. The school director demands Juana's medical results for her college scholarship.

Mauricio and his wife respond to the call of Dr. Ricardo Monsalve who informs them that Mauricio's only semen sample was destroyed in an accident at the laboratory. Mauricio asks Brandy to tell him what is happening to Juana.

Mauricio and Carlota arrive home and are surprised to learn that Juana went to look for Mauricio to talk to him. Carlota tries to help Mauricio and suggests that they adopt a child.

Juana explains to Mauricio the reason why she broke into the office at night. Carlota is still furious because Mauricio left home. Ana María desperately searches for Juana.

Mauricio asks Juana about her plans and advises her to fight for her goals. Ana María publicly scolds Juana for disappearing. The school director gives Juana's mother bad news.

Carlota and her mother visit Father José and she shows her interest in adopting one of the orphaned children who live there. Juana continues to have problems with her classmates at school because she is pregnant.

Carlota arrives home and finds Desireé and Mauricio holding hands. Juana arrives at the office for her suitcase and confronts David about the treatment she receives from him.

Carlota and Mauricio reconcile and make plans, however Carlota finds Juana's earring among Mauricio's clothes. Juana and Manuel discover the answer to Juana's pregnancy when she tells him what happened at the clinic.

Manolo asks Juana to go to the clinic to demand an answer and to be told who the father of the child she is expecting is. However, the clinic cannot find her medical record.

Father José tells Azucena that Juana would have the option of giving her child up for adoption. Carlota and Mauricio are determined to adopt a child and Carlota goes to Father José to finalize the adoption.

Ana María finds out what really happened at the clinic where Juana was inseminated. Father José asks Carlota to ask Mauricio if they want to adopt Juana's child. The director informs Juana that she has lost her scholarship.

Carlota's mother expresses her disapproval of Rafaél's adoption. Juana tells her mother that the director asked her to leave the school. Carlota introduces Mauricio to her new adopted son.
