Leung Kwan and Yu form a friendship while working through a disagreement. After they have resolved the misunderstanding, a corrupt businessman named Black Eagle moves into town. Leung vows to avenge his friend when Yu is killed in an altercation with Black Eagle's henchman. With the help of merchant and martial arts instructor Master Lin Tao-hoi, Leung prepares to take on Black Eagle.
