Dave Tyler (Robert Kent) is being released from prison after serving three years for a crime he claims he didn't commit. His plan is to find the people responsible for framing him. It won't be easy because any parole violation could send him back to the slammer. To complicate matters, he has fallen in love with a woman (Anne Nagel) whose brother may have be the one to set him up!
