Judge Mom

Stacy is suing her mom, Sherry, for a monthly allowance because she claims her mom always promised to support her through college. Sherry claims she recently lost her job and can't afford to help her daughter, but she does what she can.

Megan is suing her former best friend, Georgia, for the winnings from a soda company's sweepstakes. While cleaning her car, Georgia found the bottle that Megan had purchased and discarded only to discover that it was the winner of $100,000.

Brooke is suing her friend, Beth, for repayment of a loan. Brooke says she gave Beth a loan to pay for a course that led to her getting a high paying job. Beth claims it was payback for all the times she watched Brooke's kids for free.

Shortly after Marc purchased a TV, girlfriend Shelly told Marc she had met someone else and he needed to move out. Since he didn't have a place to go, Shelly told him he could leave his TV. Now two years later, Marc wants it back.

Maggie was forced to rent a hotel room for a month after her childhood friend, Darla, backpeddled on her offer to allow Maggie to live with her. Darla claims Maggie committed an unforgivable offense back home but has yet to explain.

Lauren is suing her brother, Todd, to recoup money their mother loaned to him. Todd claims the money was a gift, not a loan, and that he's not responsible for any of his mother's healthcare expenses.

Katie is suing her father for access to her trust fund. Robert says the parameters of the trust fund are clear and it states Katie can have full access when she turns 25 years old.

Kira is suing Daniel because he lost her handbag and its contents. She says Daniel couldn't remember taking her purse and didn't know where it was. Daniel says he's not a handbag babysitter and she should have been responsible for her own property.

Darren says he and his brother agreed to take their parents on a family trip. When it came time to pay up, Brady refused and said he never agreed to such an expensive trip, claiming Darren knew he couldn't afford the trip on his teacher salary.

Sara is suing her sister, Lauren, for half of their mother's estate. Sara claims Lauren manipulated their sick mother into giving her a majority of the estate. Lauren says their mother gave her more because she was her caregiver until the end.

Julie wants her husband, Chris, to save for their child's schooling, rather than blowing every extra cent he gets on expensive shoes and other bling. Chris says he works hard for the money and deserves to spend whatever he wants on himself.

Richard broke up with his girlfriend, leaving him nowhere to live. Heather was a good friend and invited him to move in with her. Now Heather claims Richard owes her 3 months rent because he cheated on her, but Richard said they were just friends.

Derek and Donna are suing Derek's ex fiancé, Kari, for non-refundable wedding costs when she abruptly called off the wedding. Kari says she couldn't be married to Derek and his mother since he always sides with her.

Dwayne and Lisa have two kids together. Dwayne and Lisa were living together and broke up 6 months ago. Dwayne says he just wants to see his kids and that Lisa is using the kids to punish him for breaking up with her and moving away.

Jill is bringing her step-mother, Camillia, to court to challenge her late father's will. JIll wants Camilla taken off the will and everything put in her name. Camilla says her late husband's will is clear and he wanted her to have a good life.
