It's officially Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week and People's Revolution is busy organizing an upcoming show for one of their most important clients, Chado Ralph Rucci. A computer glitch in the office creates major problems as Kelly Cutrone and her team struggle to make sure all the invited guests have seats, but it's total chaos on the day of the actual show. Will People's Revolution survive this disaster or will it cost them a client and their credibility in the fashion world?

After the mishap with client Chado Ralph Rucci, Kelly is determined to have the next show go off without a hitch, and she puts on a successful presentation for new client Genetic Denim. While Kelly is soaring, People's Revolution employee Stephanie starts drowning in the pressures of fashion week and struggles to keep her head above water.

As Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week comes to a close, the staff at People's Revolution work hard to pull off one more event for designer Nicolas Petrou. When mix-ups and problems arise during this hectic time, Kelly must make a tough decision about the future of one of her employees.

Kelly, Emily and Robyn head to London where they will help promote the 25th Anniversary of London Fashion Week. While there, the team consults with Henry Holland, head of fashion label House of Holland, and Kelly meets up with Ava's father Illario for an emotional reunion. Back in New York, morale is low and employee Stefanie Skinner is overwhelmed while managing the office.

Kelly, Emily and Robyn are still in London and have one final show for their client Jeremy Scott. Kelly's assistant Andrew throws a dinner party for the People's Revolution staff, but drama ensues. All the while the team must pull off a major event for big time client Agent Provocateur by the time that Kelly returns to New York.

Under extreme stress at the office, Stefanie reaches her boiling point and debates her future at People's Revolution. After a few mishaps at the office, Kelly snaps at Andrew when he makes a major mistake. Since she has been traveling so much, Kelly clears her schedule to spend quality time with daughter Ava. Meanwhile, Stefanie approaches Kelly to discuss her workload.

No business is safe in this down economy, and People's Revolution is feeling the effects of the economic crisis. Kelly decides to rent out office space in their New York location for extra money. At the last minute, Kelly is hired for an important DKNY film and has just 24 hours to prepare for it.

Kelly travels to her LA bureau to gauge what's going on out west. Always looking for new clients, she takes some major meetings with potential clients in LA. Back in New York, Kelly works on a fundraiser event for Cancer Vixen, a charity that works with breast cancer patients. Meanwhile, the staff decides to throw Kelly a surprise birthday party at the Carlyle Hotel.
