Red Devil is based in a parallel world in a city called Covet County, where a new designer drug called 'Red Devil', a crack cocaine like substance, has swept through the City. Oscar and Ella, a married vigilante couple, decide to take matters into their own hands and eradicate the drug by robbing and executing drug dealers known to be selling 'Red Devil' in the county.
