It's just another day on Sesame Street. At the Fix-It Shop, Luis makes a metal bird for the kids using tools from an old toolbox. Meanwhile Big Bird plays a game of Follow the Leader with his grown up friends.

Apple Monster, Cookie Monster's cousin, is in town visiting! Luis and David think he is Cookie Monster in disguise and offer cookies, but he only wants apples and eats every apple in sight. Cookie Monster arrives and takes the cookies.

It is windy and cold on Sesame Street! Big Bird and friends cannot stay warm. Maria suggests exercising to stay warm. Oscar uses the bad weather as a chance to play a snowstorm prank by using ice, fake snow and a fan. Then it really snows!

There is fresh snow on Sesame Street! Oscar prefers it dirty. As Bob dumps Oscar's dirty snow to the street, a car passes and splashes Bob with it. Bob cheers up and sings with children. Susan digs her car out of snow with Big Bird's help.

Sherlock Hemlock helps Luis find his pencil. He finds it on his ear. Sherlock Hemlock thinks he solved the case. Bob and friends play in the snow. They sing, throw snowballs and shovel snow. David covers Oscar's face with a warm hat.

It is a snowy day on Sesame Street. Maria analyzes footprints and sees Big Bird mailing an icicle to his cousin in Florida. She and David like Oscar's Dial-A-Grouch phone service. Snow is dumped on Bob's head. David builds a snowman.

Big Bird's job is to make sure it is quiet for everyone who's still asleep, but a milk delivery person wakes up many of the sleeping people. A delivery man brings in stacks of newspapers to Mr. Hooper's Store as the Count counts them.
