Pete's memory loss causes him to make a wild decision. Lee returns.

Far from the Bay: Pete, not remembering that Sara Garrett is his mom, finds himself in New York City in search of Claire Andrews, the woman he believes is his mother. He has a chance encounter with his actual aunt Liza Garrett on the streets of New York that leads him to being reunited with family in Queens. Here he learns the tragic events surrounding his childhood and family.

Event planner Sofia Madison the wife of the Mayor, arrives at the Garrett estate for Brian and Zoey's wedding. Zoey's father Harold (Jed Allan) also surprisingly drops in for the wedding. An adulterous Marly and her lover Manny Ramos are interrupted by his sister Janice unexpectedly who reveals shocking news. Lee confronts Commissioner Lex Martin. Later, Pete returns to Bay City.

Lianna makes passionate advances towards Pete and causes a scene. Brian and Zoey prepare for the wedding as Brian's stalker Igor Chambers has learned about the big day and has a special gift for the bride-to-be. Lee answers a mysterious phone call, causing him to leave the wedding abruptly. Pete begins to get some of his memories back while Steve Jensen plans his next move.

It's the day of the wedding for Brian and Zoey! As the nuptials begin, Sara flashes back to her own wedding with Lee years earlier. Not realizing his illegitimate daughter Lianna has followed him, Lee arrives in the abandoned shack directly behind the Garrett Tavern where the mysterious voice ordered him to go. At the altar, Brian gets the shock of his life before an explosion rocks Bay City.

Marly gets shocking news. Brian finds himself backed into a corner with few options. Sara turns to Commissioner Lex Martin for help. Pete seeks refuge away from the chaotic Garrett estate. Janice has a heart-to-heart discussion with her best friend Christine Nelson, only to soon discover some horrifying news from her daughter Lianna. Elliott has a knock at the door that changes his life forever.

Lex informs Sara he will have news for her soon. Pete has an unexpected tempting guest at his hotel room. Elliott learns the truth about his daughter during a visit from Mack. A desperate Brian demands Mortimer book him the first flight out of Bay City. Steve Jensen appears to help Brian. At the BCPD, Igor Chambers has been brought in for questioning.

Mayor Jack Madison receives news about his daughter Sara's family. Nathan arrives at the Garrett estate to speak with Sara. Marly confesses her true feelings to Manny. Igor gives information to Detective Johnson about recently deceased Isabella. Brian has gone missing as Pete begins to search for him. The search for Brian takes a dark turn when Sara has a dangerous encounter with her past.

Pete continues his search for Brian on the dark side of Bay City where he encounters a streetwalker named Orchid and her threatening gang. Tamara tries to step in to defend her cousin. Will discovers Lianna is a prostitute and the two find themselves in danger with pimp Chase Walker. Nathan will do anything for a story as Zoey tries to intervene. Marly learns life-changing devastating news.
