The joke's on him when Josh's story turns out to be true and the lifeboat is revealed to be full of anti-Castro terrorists.

Harm reminisces over memories of a dead colleague when he realizes that he might be able to identify her killer. Mac and Harm work to track down the suspect before they come to harm them.

Special Agent Clark Palmer, a renegade government agent, breaks into Harm's apartment, incapacitates him, and then assumes his identity. Palmer leaves a bomb with an 8-hour timer with Harm and heads to the courthouse to continue his deadly masquerade.
