Luis, the father of a terminally ill girl is determined to grant his daughter her last wish, a very expensive anime costume. The girl’s last wish triggers a dark journey in the city’s underbelly in which Luis ends up blackmailing a mentally disturbed woman, who, in turn, seeks revenge.
