Paul Hollywood Eats...

Paul Hollywood is off on another culinary voyage of discovery to a country that is as yet a mystery to him: Mexico! He wants to explore the character, culture and history of Mexico through its food and drink. He's spending his first week in the country's eponymous capital, Mexico City - a sprawling, food obsessed megalopolis of 21 million people.

After spending his first week in Mexico City, Paul is now heading off on a road trip to cover as much of the rest of the country as possible.

For his final week Paul's concentrating on the drink - and that includes booze, pop, soup, sauces - anything that doesn't need chewing on the way down.
