After rescuing Junior’s paper tube tower from collapsing, Alma decides to open her own traveling fix-it business: Alma’s Rescue Repair! But Alma can only carry so much in her toolbelt and running back home for fix-it items is exhausting. Then, when Howard tells Junior he can’t play water tag, Alma must figure out how to make her brother feel better and how to tell Howard how she feels.

When Mami’s former music student, Sonny Soto, invites Alma’s family to his big concert, Alma excitedly invites her friends to come along without asking first. Then, When Alma gets creeped out by a bearded dragon, she realizes that with enough information, it's not as scary as she thought.

When Tía Gloria can't make it to Alma’s spring concert, Alma brings the show to Gloria. Then, Alma tries to figure out why the puppies at Papi's animal clinic are acting differently around Safina.

When Alma takes too much corn from the community garden, she learns what it means to take only what she needs. Then, Mami and Junior are going to spend the day together, but Alma finds herself wanting to tag along on their special day.
