When you think of Texas, carp fishing certainly isn't the first thing that springs to mind, but many waterways and lakes that criss-cross this state are stuffed full of fish.

The country has become a popular holiday destination for tourists from the UK, and it also has plenty to offer when it comes to carp fishing as well.

Ali Hamidi is joined by friends Tom Dove and Neil Spooner as they embark upon a quest to northern Africa in pursuit of the big carp which they have heard about.
