Sheriff McTiger selects Speeder, Tommy and Lucy as the Junior Rangers of the Zippy City. Meanwhile, Dr. Woof and Yip & Yap try to make troubles by breaking the electricity to the city. Now our Junior rangers get called to action for first time and defeat the gang of Dr. Woof.

Bungi and PT hate brushing teeth. One day Yip and Yap give out free chocolates, promoting that no brushing is needed for this chocolate. The chocolate has a refreshing flavor but it is never true that brushing is not required. Finally, vroomies suffer from cavity. The Junior Rangers roll and solve the trouble. Young vroomies promise that they would brush their teeth regularly.

Dr. Woof invents a laser beam which makes vroomies lie. Gerry becomes a liar and vroomies fall into a big confusion. Bungi and Spunky who used to lie reflect their misdeed from the Gerry's lies. Finally the rangers come to shoot the trouble.

Dr. Woof creates what-so-called "bat patch" which keeps children awake in the night. Once applied, vroomies wake up from sleep and make a big fuss. As the whole village suffers from the noises, the rangers sort out the conspiracy of Dr. Woof

A flower festival opens and Farrah wants to win the flower contest. She becomes jealous as she compares her flower with Lucy's. Yip and Yap approach and hand a dubious seed to Farrah, guaranteeing her a fancier flower. Farrah succeeds to bloom a beautiful flower but it turns into a monster and causes huge mess in the city. Junior Rangers defeat the monster with smart tactics.

Spunky and Bungi make fun of Gerry who easily gets scared. Then a ghost appears to Spunky and Bungi, who never believed in it. Vroomies are frightened by the ghost but it is turns out to be a ghost robot made by Dr. Woof. Junior Rangers defeat the robot and Yip and Yap. Spunky and Bungi apologize to Gerry for taunting her.

Dr. Zero invents a medicine which restores a dinosaur from a fossil. Yip and Yap steal the drug and awakens the dinosaurs in the museum. Vroomies are terrified and Junior Rangers are dispatched. But soon they find Tyranno, the dinosaur, is simply confused and lonely. Vroomies decide to befriend Tyranno.

Dr. Woof gets angry as Tyranno becomes a friend of vroomies. He awakes another fossil. This time a real scary dinosaur appears. Tyranno puts up a fight against him. Meanwhile, Junior Rangers transform the vicious dinosaur into the fossil again by using antidote they got from Dr. Zero. Tyranno says goodbye to vroomies and leaves with Dr. Zero.

Young vroomies are addicted to "Woof TV" where Yip and Yap star. Elder vroomies get worried. Sherriff McTiger calls Junior Rangers but he only finds out even Junior Rangers fell into the Woof TV! Finally Junior Rangers get rid of the TV and defeat the gang of Dr. Woof.

There appears a suspicious Karaoke machine in the city. If one sings using this machine, it makes him feel like a great singer. Great chaos occurs as vroomies fight for a chance to use the machine. Junior Rangers defeat the Karaoke robot which was made by Dr. Woof. Now vroomies find that singing is better when doing together.

A trashcan robot made by Dr. Woof engulfs all the trash bins in Zippy City. The village starts to get dirty as Vroomies dump trashes anywhere. Finally the city is messed up as janitor Londa gets ill due to overwork. Junior Rangers defeat the robot and Yip and Yap. Vroomies clean the village together.

Bungi desires to win a race. He becomes much faster as he wears the dubious wheels from Yip and Yap. Bungi finally tops the race but the wheels never stop. Bungi gets terrified. Junior Rangers save him on the edge of a cliff. Bungi realizes the worth of effort and decides to practice hard.

Ren is nicknamed "crybaby"; He doesn't get along with others well. One day, Yip and Yap give a helmet to Ren. Wearing the helmet, Ren becomes wild and bad-tempered. His sudden change makes him even more distant from others. Finally, Ren bullies other vroomies with help of Yip and Yap, riding on a cat-shaped robot. Junior Rangers repel the robot.

Dr. Woof invents "Sloth wave", a radio wave which makes people lazy. Soon everyone in the city is under the effect of the radio wave except for Bungi and Spunky. Bungi and Spunky ask Dr. Zero for a drug to bring back Junior Rangers to normal state. Junior Rangers wake up from the wave and succeed to bring everything back.

The gang of Dr. Woof hears that there is a scary monster in Zippy City. They lure young vroomies to the cave where the monster resides. On the verge of danger Junior Rangers come to rescue them. However, vroomies stop the rangers from fighting against the monster. In truth, he wasn't a bad monster at all. Junior Rangers apologize to the monster for judging him by his appearance.

In Zippy City, there is a legend about a rock which grants wishes. Dr. Woof decides to abuse this rock by granting bad wishes. For example, Dr. Woof destroys the car wash center for the pray of Bungi who wished "don't want to clean again". As P.T who wants "more donuts", all the donuts in the store disappear.

Speeder brags the stickers of legendary racers. Yip and Yap give out fancier stickers to vroomies and they argue whose sticker is better. Vroomies reconcile after Junior Rangers defeat Yip and Yap.

Dr. Woof invents a "Snowman Robot" which busts the snowmen messes the clean streets. Even worse, it becomes larger as time goes. Our rangers are called to action and defeat the robot.

Dr. Woof shoots "snack beam" which turns everything into sweets. Everything in the city now becomes various snacks. Vroomies can't give up once tasted it, Junior Rangers are no exception. Sheriff McTiger barely succeeds to intrigue Junior Rangers with tastier cookies. After Junior Rangers defeat Yip and Yap's, vroomies decide to have healthy diet.

Junior Go admires Junior Rangers but can't take courage to be a hero himself. One day, vroomies are confined in a jail by the trap of the gang of Dr. Woof. Junior Go calls Junior Rangers but even they are ended up in jail. Finally Jr. Go stands up and throws himself to Yip and Yap to rescue others. Yip and Yap run away and everyone praises the bravery of Jr. Go.

Dr. Woof tries to get rid of all fireworks to be used for a festival. Yip and Yap steal the fireworks then Sheriff Mciger dispatches Junior Rangers to stop them. At the very moment Junior Rangers triumph Yip and Yap and set off the firecrackers. The whole city enjoys beautiful fireworks decorating the sky.

Junior Rangers has a mission to guard Smiley, a star pop singer. Yip and Yap try to kidnap her but Speeder blocks it. Speeder and Smiley soon fall in love. Yip and Yap try abduction again by shooting a tranquilizer while she is on the stage. Speeder throws himself for her. Smiley finishes the stage safely thanks to Speeder's sacrifice. They farewell each other, wishing a good luck.

Dr. Woof creates fake rangers. Due to their misdeed vroomies distrust Junior Rangers and try to divest them from the village. Speeder, Tommy and Lucy get hurt and resign as guardian. Meanwhile, Dr. Woof defeats the fake rangers and plays hero.

Dr. Woof misleads young vroomies to wrongdoings. He even tries to exile the Vroomies who behave well out of earth by taking them into a rocket. Vroomies later find out the real identity of fake rangers and regret for their misjudgment. Now they pray for return of the real rangers. Speeder, Tommy and Lucy finally come back and save them.
