I am Sorry, I Love You

Eun-chae walks around the streets of Australia and loses her purse to pickpocketers. Mu-hyuk is about to sell Eun-chae off as a prostitute when he realizes that she's Korean. He then risks his own life by saving her.

The doctor tells Mu-hyuk that he could die any time due to the bullet that is stuck in his head. Mu-hyuk leaves Australia for Korea to see his mother, who deserted him when he was a baby. After arriving in Korea, he realizes that his mother is actually famous actress Oh Dul-hee, and her spoiled son is teen idol Yoon.

When Eun-chae runs into Mu-hyuk who was wandering around her house, she is touched, thinking that he had left Australia to see her. Meanwhile, when Mu-hyuk realizes that his mother was far from living in poverty, his longing for his mother turns into icy-cold hatred.

Eun-chae drinks with Mu-hyuk to ease her heartache caused by Yoon. At that moment, Mu-hyuk in his drunken stupor mistakes her as his ex-lover and passionately kisses her. Meanwhile, Oh Dul-hee feels anxious and confused near Mu-hyuk and treats him coldly.

Mu-hyuk becomes Yoon's manager, and plans to seduce Min-joo little by little. Meanwhile, Eun-chae faints while trying to clean up the mess Oh Dul-hee made, and Mu-hyuk stays by her side all night nursing her.

When Mu-hyuk sees the cheerful mother-son relationship of Oh Dul-hee and Yoon, his heart burns with hatred and anger. Mu-hyuk slips a picture of Yoon with Eun-chae to the tabloids to put a huge dent on Yoon's teen idol image.

Yoon confirms that his relationship with Eun-chae cannot progress to anything but friendship. Afraid that she will cause further damage to his star image, Eun-chae decides to leave for Africa.

Mu-hyuk finally realizes his deepening love for Eun-chae and decides to forgive his mother and Yoon, only if she accepts his love for her. Meanwhile, Min-joo contemplates between Yoon and Mu-hyuk and finally decides to give Yoon up for Mu-hyuk.

In the hospital, Yoon realizes that the woman he truly loves is Eun-chae, not Min-joo. He confesses his love to her. Unable to turn him down, Eun-chae's heart aches for Mu-hyuk.

Mu-hyuk feels desperate when he hears from the doctor that he does not have much time left. When Yoon realizes that Eun-chae is hesitant because of Mu-hyuk, he aggressively holds on to her.

Mu-hyuk jokes to Eun-chae that he will donate his heart to Yoon, so she should stay with him while he's still living. Thinking that he is joking, Eun-chae is disappointed and yells at him to hurry up and die so he could donate his heart to Yoon.

Although Mu-hyuk keeps lingering around Eun-chae, she coldly rejects him. When Oh Dul-hee visits Mu-hyuk with an armful of gifts, his heart warms. Meanwhile, Eun-chae finally finds out that Mu-hyuk only has a little time left in his life.

When Eun-chae learns that Mu-hyuk is dying, she is unable to say a word and only cries. Meanwhile, Mu-hyuk tells Oh Dul-hee that he wants to donate his heart to Yoon.

Shocked by the fact that Mu-hyuk is his older brother, Yoon refuses the heart donation surgery and any type of therapy. Meanwhile, Eun-chae begins to see and hear things as she distances herself from Mu-hyuk.

Mu-hyuk suffers a severe headache in Jeju Island, and Min-joo tells Eun-chae where he is. Eun-chae runs to Mu-hyuk and promises to be with him forever.

Mu-hyuk's health continues to worsen, causing Eun-chae to take drastic measures.
