When the Netherlands is threatened by the terrorist twin brother of flamboyant fashion designer Francois van Vliet, Francois is the only one who can save the country. The rather inept Francois must impersonate his deranged brother and put a stop to his plans. But Francois may well be causing more harm than his brother.
