Stranded there during a war with Venezuela, he needs to get back in a matter of days to save his leukemia-stricken son, as he's the only bone marrow match. With help from ambitious consul assistant, Luisa Velez, Ben looks for his way out, yet his only hope may rest in the hands of a drug dealer.
