Lake Balaton is Europe's largest lake that is shallow and available for bathing. During the summer, the temperature of its water can reach 28-29 degrees, however, it is not only a paradise for swimmers, yachtsmen and surfers, but also for anglers. The past comes alive in castles and forts, temples, mansions of noble families, old peasant houses, thatched roofed wine cellars, and old bridges.
