In a quiet Colorado neighborhood, life seems idyllic for Sarah and Alex Williams and Sarah's son Brian until Alex hears that Christine has escaped from a mental hospital. Christine was the birth mother of a baby adopted by Alex and his first wife. In a rage while trying to reclaim her son, Christine had killed Alex's wife and the baby. Christine is now determined to destroy Alex and his new life.
