Mama June: From Not to Hot

Pumpkin and Josh are raising five kids, with only $800 in child support for Alana. June and Justin start planning a big wedding, but June is suddenly rushed to the hospital. Pumpkin finds out June moved to Alabama and assumes she is on drugs again.

June finds out the cause of her headaches, but Justin's mom thinks she's on drugs. Alana starts a habit of healthy cooking by fixing a nutritious meal. Pumpkin gets suspicious when she hears Jessica is bringing a new friend to dinner.

Josh helps Alana learn to drive so she won't end up spoiled like June. June tells Justin's mom that her daughters will attend her bridal shower, but Justin knows she is lying. When the girls don't show, June surprises everyone with a secret guest.

June tries to reconnect with her daughters, they ignore her calls, and don't include her in the surprise party they throw for Jessica at a drag show. But Doe Doe's there! Josh and Pumpkin help spoiled Alana learn the value of money.

When June doesn't hear back from her girls, she asks Justin's mom for parenting advice. Alana gets a wig from a fan and gets a full court makeover. Pumpkin and June clash during a meet and greet that goes off the rails.

The girls refuse to forgive June for saying she would rather give up custody of Alana than pay child support. Pumpkin tells Justin that June has been lying to him, and he starts to reconsider the wedding. Pumpkin is concerned about Alana's future.

June begs for help from Dr. Ish who plans a therapy weekend for her and her daughters. Doe Doe reveals some shocking family secrets. Pumpkin worries about Alana's future and hopes therapy will not only help her, but also their relationship with Mama.

June and the girls work on their relationship with Dr. Ish. Doe Doe and June discuss past trauma with their mom. Alana and Jessica are able to open up more. Everyone makes progress, but there's still a long way to go in repairing their relationship.

June commits to making amends with the girls. Pumpkin convinces Josh to let June see the kids, but June ruins the day by overstepping with Ella. June comes up with a surprising method to win Josh's forgiveness. Alana struggles with a decision.

June has her dream wedding, Alana gets into her dream college, but bad news may ruin everything.
