Thomas & Friends Classic

Percy dreams for a warm scarf around his funnel on a cold Sodor day. When his cheekiness causes trouble, Percy accidentally gets his wish. Percy also wishes to take passengers instead of freight cars. Thomas lets Percy pick up his passengers from the beach. When a terrible storm comes, Percy battles through the countryside to keep his promise to Thomas and deliver everyone safely to the station.

James is asked to pull the Express and becomes boastful, bragging he's an important engine. When Toby gets stranded on the mainline. James begrudgingly helps him and is quickly reminded who is really an important engine. When a famous visitor comes to town, everyone is impressed except Gordon. He doesn't respect domeless engines. But one windy day, Gordon discovers how silly he has been.

Duck decides to play a practical joke on Donald after Donald teases him. Donald awakens to find an unexpected passenger aboard. Meanwhile, Thomas worries that his passengers will prefer riding with Bertie after he gets bumped to shunting freight cars while his branch line is fixed.

Percy gets a fright when he has to spend the night away from his shed. He hears noises and sees a dragon. None of the other engines believe him, but Thomas shows Percy that he didn't imagine it. Percy gets another shock when Diesel oils over to help at the harbor. Duck and Percy know that when Diesel is around there's bound to be trouble on the tracks!

Henry's favorite place on Sodor is the forest. After a huge storm, Henry is sad to learn that it's damaged. Henry and his friends help the forest grow anew. Meanwhile, muddy Gordon refuses to get a washdown and is ordered to pull trucks. While taking the Express, James slips on some wet track. Gordon is there with a helping push. Dirty or clean he's a really useful machine!

Boastful James thinks he's the pride of the line, but ends up causing confusion and delay when he plays a trick on Gordon. Sometimes Thomas and Percy pull the mail train at night. Harold thinks he should be doing that job, as engines are too slow with the mail. Thomas and Percy show Harold why the mail train is the pride of the line.

Bertie thinks you cannot trust a thing that runs on rails. Thomas sets out to prove him wrong. When James and Gordon cause Thomas trouble on the tracks, will Thomas be able to prove to Bertie that engines can be trustworthy? Mavis, a young quarry diesel, has a long way to go to earn Toby's trust. She loves rearranging things. But when she rearranges Toby's trucks, trouble soon follows.

Mavis' eagerness to leave the quarry puts Toby on a tightrope. When she asks the troublesome cars for a push, they agree. But, when Toby shunts the cars instead, they bump him onto a bridge that is about to collapse. Horrified Mavis quickly comes to the rescue. Edward and Trevor come to the rescue of the garden party. By getting the word out, they make sure this party isn't stuck in the mud.

James buzzes into a station when a beehive falls and breaks. James wishes they'd go away. But, the bees swarm onto James and nothing he does can shake them loose. Will James get stung or will he be the Bees Knees? With the regatta in town, Duck wishes he could go sailing. When an emergency pops up, Duck shows why he's the Great Western.

Bill and Ben face off against each other when they encounter trouble on the turntable. And Gordon faces a little jealousy over a two-tendered engine. While Sir Topham Hatt cheers Gordon up, Duck tenders Henry a trick.

While pulling an evening train, Douglas discovers Oliver and his brake van Toad. Oliver has run out of coal and is hiding from being scrapped. Douglas puts a plan into action and helps them escape. Saved from scrap, they join Duck's branch line where Oliver gets a little puffed up. Not heeding Duck's warnings, Oliver finds himself in trouble with the trucks!

With Bertie busier than ever, Bulgy, a double decker bus, is brought on to help. But Bulgy is only interested in helping himself. By being devious, Bulgy ends up putting himself and others in danger. When Bill and Ben listen to the trucks instead of Gordon, they create a mess and are sent back to the quarry. But when a rockslide occurs, it's heroic Bill and Ben to the rescue.

Boastful James doesn't think Percy is really reliable. When James' brake jams, it's Percy to the rescue. But Percy would rather be cheeky than listen to James' warnings. After racing off, Percy ends up in a sticky situation. When a mountain village is cut off by snow, Thomas, Percy, Terence, and Harold help dig it out. The grateful villagers thank the engines with a wonderful Christmas surprise.
