90 Day Journey: Rachel & Jon

Rachel, a mother from Albuquerque, New Mexico, is head-over-heels in love with Jon, a British guy she met on a karaoke app. With her 8-month-old daughter in tow, Rachel prepares to head to England to find out if Jon has what it takes to be a father.

Jon gets ready for Rachel and Lucy's arrival in England, but the thought of being a parent starts to frighten him. Jon admits he knows little about raising kids, and Rachel's expectations of him may be too high.

Rachel meets Jon's sister, Abi, who is skeptical of their relationship. Later, Rachel becomes concerned about Jon's criminal history after some of Jon's friends talk about his past.

Time is running out in England for Rachel and Jon. Jon takes Rachel on a romantic trip to Tintagel Castle, where he has a big surprise planned. Then, their happiness is derailed when Rachel learns about yet another secret Jon has been keeping from her.

Rachel returns to England to plan their overseas wedding, but everything is thrown into jeopardy when they learn they may have to endure a three-year separation before Jon can move to the US. Later, Jon invites an ex-girlfriend to their pre-wedding party.

Rachel confronts Jon about rumors she has seen online that link him with previous girlfriends. Things become tense between them as they prepare for the wedding, especially when Jon balks at wearing a wedding ring.

Rachel and Lucy visit Jon in the UK. The couple enjoys being together as husband and wife, but Rachel's job loss and Jon's immigration hiccups cause tension. When the pandemic hits, the couple struggles to keep their long-distance relationship alive.
