Caroline Quentin travels across the UK's National Parks to take in the best Views, Valleys and Vistas. She will visit Kinder Scout in the Peak District; take a wildlife boat ride on the Pembrokeshire Coast; visit the Ingleton Falls in the Yorkshire Dales and meet the walking group, Black Girls Hike, in the Lake District.

She will visit Buckfast Abbey in Dartmoor; go deep underground at the Honister Slate Mine in the Lake District; try her hand at archery at Tretower Court and Castle in Bannau Brycheiniog and go stargazing at the Glenlivet Dark Sky Estate in the Cairngorms.

She will handle some impressive birds of prey in the Cairngorms; cook up some delicious Bakewell puddings in the Peak District; meet with some open water swimmers in the Lake District and go foraging in the sustainable gardens of Nant-Y-Bedd in Bannau Brycheiniog.

She will board the Brecon Mountain Railway in Bannau Brycheiniog; take a 4x4 tour of the Rothiermurcus Estate in the Cairngorms; paddle up the Beaulieu River in the New Forest and scale the heights of the Three Peaks by helicopter in the Lake District.
