Dead Like Me

At her day job, George (Ellen Muth) gets to train the boss's cute, but dumb, nephew, while Mason (Callum Blue) dresses as a clown to reap a soul at a kid's birthday party…a task he finds especially challenging given his past.

George (Ellen Muth) figures that with all the bad luck she had while she was alive, things might even out in the afterlife. But death isn't like that. Meanwhile, Mason (Callum Blue) is up to his old tricks, and Roxy (Jasmine Guy) makes the force.

George (Ellen Muth) goes on a Happy Time retreat but struggles to let down her defenses. George's family continues to try to sell their house. Mason (Callum Blue) loses the note with his intended reap on it and turns to Daisy for help.

Reflecting back on her childhood, George (Ellen Muth) decides that the secret to popularity is to be a mean girl, while Mason deals with an exhibitionist reap. Daisy takes her reap to church, and Reggie goes clothes shopping.

George (Ellen Muth) must deal with an efficiency expert at Happy Time and Mason (Callum Blue) chases after a bike messenger who owes him money. Meanwhile, Joy and Clancy work on finishing their divorce while making Reggie join the band.

Delores (Christine Willes) makes "Millie" select the new temp assignment. Meanwhile, Joy (Cynthia Stevenson) and Reggie (Britt McKillip) meet the mysterious Angelo (Peter Williams), and Rube's (Mandy Patinkin) gang does a group reap.

The other reapers are jealous when George (Ellen Muth) draws a VIPR - Very Important Person Reap. Daisy restores a cynical priest's faith and Reggie visits the scene of her sister's death. Barbara Barrie guest stars as Joy's eccentric mother.

Mason (Callum Blue) and Roxy (Jasmine Guy) fly the friendly skies on T&A Airlines. Rube (Mandy Patinkin) teaches grade school. George (Ellen Muth) phones home and Joy (Cynthia Stevenson) resists buying in to her mom's (Barbara Barrie) philosophy.

George goes looking for Trip at his father's funeral. Daisy is traumatized by her reap. Mason is the sensible one when Rube places Roxy in temporary charge as he goes searching for something. Clancy has Reggie stay over.

George (Ellen Muth) is in a foul mood, after Trip. Daisy (Laura Harris) makes a new friend which makes Mason (Callum Blue) jealous. Meanwhile, Rube (Mandy Patinkin) leaves, looking for a mysterious woman from his past. Eric McCormack guest stars.

After a reap, George (Ellen Muth) tries to pass herself off as the relative of a homeless man, while Daisy (Laura Harris) performs as a temptress on Ray's (Eric McCormack) reality show . Reggie (Britt McKillip), meanwhile, tries Goth on for size.

Ray (Eric McCormack) and Mason (Callum Blue) fight for Daisy's (Laura Harris) affection. George (Ellen Muth) must convince an elderly woman of her death. Joy is looking for a job at Happy Time. And Rube seeks help in the search for his daughter.

Mason and Daisy try to keep Ray's death a secret while Roxy investigates his disappearance. Meanwhile, Mason receives a purple post-it, which might mean his final reap before moving on, and George attends another going-away party at Happy Time.

George finds out that her mother was in Happy Time looking for her file. Rube goes to see his daughter after receiving upsetting news from Penny. Ray continues to cause problems even after his death and Mason runs into a bit of trouble with Kiffany.

It's Halloween and reaper legend has it that the reapers can be seen as if they were alive. Meanwhile, a serial killer stalks a neighborhood, creating work for the reapers. Joy and Reggie pay a late night visit to George's grave and so does George.

The reapers get a new boss whose priority is just moving the souls along quickly, and meanwhile enjoying their afterlives without any worries. As a result, George and her friends succumb to the temptations of using their powers to acquire money and fame, and George breaks a cardinal rule and reveals her existence to her sister.
