Down in Texas, Matt and Froy are staking out a cement mixer, but their repo turns disastrous when an innocent bystander gets showered in concrete. In LA, Frankie takes the reins with an alcoholic debtor, and Lou and Sonia deal with a diva who pushes Sonia to her breaking point.

Frankie and Lyndah find themselves in a fancy neighborhood, dealing with a pair of uptight yuppies with well-coordinated clothes and well-coordinated attacks.
