The Inbetweeners

It's a fresh start for Will McKenzie as he joins his new sixth form college. Previously Will went to a private school, but since his dad walked out on his mum he's had to downgrade to the local comprehensive. And if life wasn't already tough enough, Will quickly makes enemies of his psychotic head of sixth and the school nut case.

The four bunk off school and get drunk. Simon confesses his love to Carli D'amato with graffiti, but his all-day drinking comes back to bite him. It all ends badly when Simon and Will's parents find out what they've been doing all day.

Simon is about to sit his first driving test and Will, Jay and Neil are excited by the new possibilities that having a car will bring. As soon as Simon passes his test they plan to visit Thorpe Park Amusement Park to ride roller coasters and chase girls. There is one problem though - Simon is a rubbish driver.

Will finds out that going to a mixed sex school isn't too bad after all as he pulls Charlotte Hinchcliffe, the most popular girl in the year above who also happens to be fit and, according to rumour, sexually precocious.

The boys call Jay's bluff and agree to go to the Camber Sands meeting of the Caravan Club to see if it really is 'like a massive orgy'. Jay's dad is on hand to give advice on all matters sexual, whether they want it or, and when they do finally get to the disco, despite the presence of Shakin' Stevens, it's actually not bad, and they learn that Neil can dance.

As the only person to have volunteered for the job, Will is elected Chairman of the Organization Party for the end of term Christmas bash and ropes the other three boys into being his assistants. Simon, needless to say, is keen to use the opportunity to declare his public love for Carli D'Amato, which proves to be anything but a good idea.
