Welcome to Plathville

The Plath family has seen some major changes recently -- they left the farm and moved into town, Micah and Moriah fled the nest, and Ethan and Olivia cut ties with Kim and Barry. Although they all live within a mile, the distance has never been so great.

Micah reunites with model-friend Helena for a very hot and steamy modeling session. Barry and Isaac try to talk about the birds and the bees. Lydia reveals she has a secret crush, and Moriah goes on her first date ever.

Ethan is left speechless after Olivia gets a body piercing. Ethan and Olivia host Micah and Moriah for their first ever Independence Day. Kim, Barry and the kids head back to the farm to welcome visitors from down under.

Ethan and Olivia realize that in order to save their marriage and sanity, they need to move farther away from Kim and Barry. Moriah's relationship with Max is in jeopardy, and Micah faces financial stress after he wrecks his car on the eve of a hot date.

Moriah decides that it's time to keep her promise to Max, and she introduces him to her family. Ethan and Olivia continue to mend their marriage, but Olivia is crushed when she hears some disappointing news. Barry joins Micah and Isaac for a boys' day.

Ethan and Olivia plan to get couples tattoos, but Ethan isn't sure he's ready. Kim and Barry miss their son Joshua and hope to bridge the gap with the older kids. Max and Moriah hang out as "just friends" but can't deny their feelings for each other.

Lydia confides in Kim about her secret crush. Ethan jets off to Los Angeles to meet up with Olivia for a much-needed vacation away from Cairo, Georgia. Then, Lydia is in for some surprises when she joins Moriah for a girls' night.

Ethan and Olivia continue their California adventure and veer into an unexpected tantric experience. Kim, Barry, Micah, Moriah and the younger children unite for a tender remembrance of their late son and brother, Joshua.

After a long period of no contact, Ethan decides to confront his parents. Kim makes an unexpected confession that leaves Moriah speechless. Micah signs a modeling contract while Moriah records music in a studio.
