Rev Run's Renovation

After years of neglect, Rev and Justine are desperate to transform their oversized, underused basement before it completely rots away. They move heaven, earth and walls to convert the space from cluttered chaos to a family-fun zone.

Rev and Justine need to find room for their visitors. With little space to expand, they're forced to turn their existing laundry room into a guest suite. Rev doesn't believe it can work, but Justine and his daughter, Angela, show him the way.

After a harsh winter ruined the curb appeal at the Simmons' house, Rev and Justine decide to upgrade the roof, fountain and paint color. When Rev decides to take the project over, he and Justine have a major style clash dating back 14 years.

Rev and Justine decide their decades-old pool is in major need of a flip. Cracked tiles and a frog infestation make the renovation extra daunting, but revamped equipment, fiber optic lights and an outdoor kitchen will help this pool succeed in the future.

The Simmons' pool house has fallen into total disrepair over the years and currently serves as a storage room. Rev and Justine want to take back the space by creating a beautiful, modern living area where they can enjoy their yard and pool.

Rev and Justine are back in the basement, creating his-and-hers personal spaces. Rev gives his record studio a proper 2015 makeover, while Justine turns a cluttered storage room into a salon.

Rev and Justine spent years eating family dinners in their open kitchen, neglecting their dining room. Now it's time to turn the dark and dated space into a modern entertaining space with hand-painted wall treatments, new floors and brand-new furniture.

The Simmons family hardly uses any of their land. Grand plans to transform their backyard from uncharted territory into an outdoor oasis have them excited until permit issues force some plans to fall by the wayside.

With their basement movie theater largely going unused, Rev decides to give it new life in JoJo's old bedroom on the first floor. With any luck, the Simmonses will be hosting movie night for years to come.

Garages are for cars, but recently Rev and Justine's garage has turned into a storage shed where only one car can fit. Rev decides to turn their garage into a clean and streamlined space, but Justine has plans of her own.
