Three high school friends go on a road trip thinking that their band is opening for Green Day on New Year's Eve. Inspired by Green Day's real-life adventures touring in a van before their album debut.

Temporada 1・Retired archaeologist Judith Potts hears a gunshot coming from her neighbor’s garden, and she believes that a murder has taken place. When the local police are reluctant to believe her, Judith starts her own investigation, enlisting the help of unfulfilled vicar’s wife Becks Starling. When local dog walker Suzie Harris becomes personally involved in the case, she joins the investigation.
