Alcohol in Space follows the stories of three unique space inventors. Only they're not designing rockets, they're working to launch a much older industry to the stars. This includes Maison Mumm in their quest to serve champagne in zero G, Ardbeg aging their Scotch Whisky in orbit, and Ninkasi Brewing who launched yeast to space with a plan to create a potent brew down on Earth.
