Psychologically altered by an unremovable bullet in his skull, Moo Hyuk goes to Korea to find his birth family. Meanwhile, Eun Chae deals with Yoon's heartbreak after his girlfriend cheated on him.

Eun Chae does her best to cover up for Yoon and Min Joo. Moo Hyuk realizes how selfish his mother is after seeing her in person.

Yoon bonds with Moo Hyuk during their swimming lesson. Eun Chae confronts Min Joo about what she's done to Yoon.

Yoon hires Moo Hyuk as his new manager, prompting Eun Chae to quit on the day of Yoon's photo shoot with his mother.

Jealous of the attention Eun Chae gives to Yoon, Moo Hyuk sends pictures of them embracing to the press.

After Min Joo tells Yoon how Eun Chae really feels about him, Eun Chae decides to go on a trip, but not before saying goodbye to Moo Hyuk.

As Yoon uses Seo kyung to get Eun Chae to come back home, Seo Kyung's curiosity gets the better of her when she wander into Deul Hee's room.

Yoon's car accident lands him in the hospital, where the doctors discover his heart condition, and where Yoon has a change of heart about Eun Chae.

Moo Hyuk finds out that his condition is hopeless and he's going to die, while Eun Chae confesses to her father that it's Moo Hyuk she wants to be with, not Yoon.

After promising to donate his heart to Yoon when he dies, Moo Hyuk takes Eun Chae on a date she doesn't want to go on.

Yoon takes Eun Chae on a date to propose to her. Oh Deul Hee pays a visit to Seo Kyung in hopes to get Moo Hyuk to save Yoon.

Eun Chae finds out that Moo Hyuk isn't lying about dying and confronts her father, who locks her up and forbid her from seeing both Yoon and Moo Hyuk.

After learning that Moo Hyuk is his older brother, Yoon refuses treatment. Meanwhile, Eun Chae begins having hallucinations of Moo Hyuk.

Eun Chae finds Moo Hyuk and spends a day with him. Deul Hee begs her son to resume treatment.

Eun Chae confesses her love for Moo Hyuk to him. Yoon pays Moo Hyuk a visit, and tells him the truth about their mother.
