Sathya (Atharvaa), an aspiring cop falls in love with NISHA (Hansika) who works at a call centre. As soon as he joins the police department, he receives a suspicious call about a missing girl & he cracks the case. Parallelly, there is a team abducting young girls and selling them. How the 100th call received by Sathya is connected to the other kidnapped girls forms the story of 100.
