Bullied schoolboy, Arthur Braxton discovers the girl of his dreams, Delphina. Unbeknownst to him, Delphina is a magical water-nymph and is kept alive by enchanted waters in the pool of an Edwardian bathhouse, however the magic has a dark secret. Arthur must fix his alcoholic father, outsmart his bullies and the authorities, as well as stop what sustains the bath house and its waters.
