Michael is faced with a life changing task by the orders of his uncle Joe. A high-level card game goes wrong. Michael continues to fight his demons of alcohol and visions of his dead sister Nikki.

Salvatore is on a mission to get his button at any costs. Michael is on the hunt for Vinny, Sophia, and Apollonia. Michael confronts his uncle Joe at his birthday party about his unacceptable orders and manipulation of his family.

Don Pesaro continues to manipulate Michael to follow through with orders. Michael meets with the monsignor and gets an education of his family's generational curse. Nikki continues to warn Michael of this evil mission.

Michael faces his first encounter with Stregheria. Salvy and Michael ambush a heavily guarded house to finish the hit on Apollonia. Nikki and Sophia find they have a special gift of powers.
